My Job Dreams

Of course, everyone wants to be successful. So do I. I want to be a success person . Although,so far, I still have not found in which section I would work, but I want the best one for me.

My job dreams are becoming a very significant and much needed by the people. Actually, being an entrepreneur is something that often I think. I want to have a large company, gives a lot of jobs, and do not harm anyone.

I want to be a leader who can be a good example for their employees. I don't know why but I want to make the workers comfortable working in my company.
I want to be an entrepreneur in various sections. Such as food, clothing, cosmetics, property, and others.

I hope my dreams come true , and hopefully I'm increasingly sure what section would I take more serious.

Autumn in Paris

After reading Ilana Tan's first book, "Summer in Seoul", I've been looking forward for her next novels. I like her simple writing style and the plots, which sometimes predictable (well, what do you expect for romance stories?) but still have the pinch on some scenes.
When I read Summer In Seoul, the fanfiction-style was still bold and I couldn't help myself not to be excited about it.
But this Autumn in Paris gave me a new excitement. The story is more mature if I might say, with a heart-throbbing characters and storyline. That's why I just couldn't get off of this book until the very last page. And even though it's pretty much predictable, but still, love story is not always as cheesy-weasy-lovey-dovey as people thought.
Yes, I cried when I read the last 2/3 part of the book.

Ilana Tan's book tells about Tara Dupont, descendants of Indonesian-French girl who lives in Paris and Tatsuya Fujisawa, an architect from Japan.
Tara is a girl who has a charming personality. talkative, speak out frankly, but sincere and full of enthusiasm. While Tatsuya is a quiet man who hates the autumn. He also hates Paris, but he came to the city to trace his past, unexpected until he met with Tara. The girl had changed his view of the world, and provide a sense of comfort in Tatsuya's heart. Their meetings in Paris has been impressing in their hearts, but they also have to grapple with their past.
Although it tends cliche love story, but the story of Tara and Tatsuya while providing a sense of curiosity and surprise to the end of the story. With a style that is simple and grooves are easy to digest, making books Autumn in Paris is very interesting to be reading our friends in the afternoon. The story of today's urban man romance packed neatly in a book which is one part of a trilogy season Ilana Tan's work, namely in Seoul Summer and Winter in Tokyo. Depictions of scenes and strong character of this book makes the love story of Tara and Tatsuya more touch the hearts of readers.
This book provides an overview of the life and complex love story, filled with hope and confidence that shook despair. Indeed, not all love stories should be sweet, but not all love stories should be bitter, is not it? Live their lives filled with the shock of the life history of each, the author of this book inspires us to face the reality of living with love and hope.

They have to face the truth. The truth is.. Tatsuya is Tara's brother. And the worst part is, Tatsuya died while he worked in Japan.

PEACE DAY!!!

"Peace cannot be kept by force - it can only be achieved by understanding"

- Albert Einstein

Peace is something important for us. According to the quote above , peace requires understanding. Understanding between people . Do not interfere with each other in any way because tolerance create peace . With tolerance , there will be no conflict between humans.

A GOOD LEADER

We need a leader among us because leader's presence is very important for us as a student. A leader must be a good example for everyone. He/she must be good at communicating and socializing. Here are some of the qualifications to be a good leader.

First, a good keader must have a clear vision and mission. His/her vision and mission should be able to bring everyone into a better human being. And he/she have to be able to think forward about what he/she will do to make his/her missions become reality.

Second, he/she must be responsible for what he/she had done. Because what he/she does is not easy. So, the responsibility is needed and very important.

Third , a leader must be good at socializing and communicating. It is very important because with socialization, a leader could know what happened occur in the environment. With socialization, he/she becomes more familiar with the other person and this of course can make his/her job easier. Communication is needed because if there is bad communication, then it would spoil everythings.

And last, a leader must have a good character, as the motto of SMAN 3 Bandung , "Knowledge is power but the character is more". Honesty , discipline , and the intelligence greatly help the success of being a good leader.

So, being a good leader is not an easy job. Not everyone can be a good leader. But , if we want , we have to fullfil the qualifications above.

My Inspiring Friend

Today I interviewed one of my friends , called the Agung. Agung Anugerah Delyatama . Agung was born in Bandung , November 20 , 1998. He was an only child. He attended a SMA Alfa Centauri. He is a talented person in sport. And we can see from the achievements that he won. He won the national -level tennis match as 3rd champion.

Moreover, he is also a DJ. He chose to become a DJ because he liked the EDM music. His cousin who introduced this music. Because of his interest , he began studying DJ at BDJS (Disc Jockey School Bandung). He has studied about 6 months. He also has appeared in several events. It makes he even more confidence to become a DJ.

His easygoing personality is one of his advantages. He is also a good person and friendly. Not surprisingly, he had many friends. Beside his skills as a DJ , he is good at playing tennis . He has been practicing since early childhood.

When I asked him about the advantages and disadvantages he had, he said "Mmm, I'm handsome. Haha. But I'm less height.". He likes to joke.

Me : "Did you have any tips or trick for some people out there who want to learn about Tenis or DJ?"
Agung : "You need a lot of practice. Not too late to learn. Moreover, play tennis and become a DJ is not too difficult as long as there is a will. DJ is not always negative, I became a DJ because I like the music and want to be creative. You have to work hard if you want to succeed as what you want."

So, keep trying to pursue your dreams, right?!!!

CAMPRT

On March 24th, 2015 held camprt. CAMPRT is camping for 2 days in Curug Layung, Lembang. We prepared a lot of things for this event. Such as tents, cooking equipment, and others. First, we gathered at the school at 07.00 pm and depart with using public transportation. On the way, we frolic together. After arrived in Curug Layung, we still have to walk very far to get to the camping area. Very tiring moreover we walk while carrying a pretty heavy stuff. After a short rest, we start to be given time to set up tents and prepare for dinner. At night, we gathered around the campfire. Each class have to present a show. Most of them chose to sing along. After campfire finished, we returned to the tent. We decided to discusses the guard time. Me,  Ivy, and Thalita chose 11-1 am. However, before 1 am I was asleep. Ivy, too.

The next day, we woke up early and did gymnastics. but, I decided to cook in a tent with ivy. We really enjoyed camprt. But the rain suddenly fell. Me and Thalita not follow the games because we have to keep the tent. Rain strengthened and our tent almost collapsed. We make every efforts to rescue our tent. Really funny and I will never forget it. We were exhausted.

After the rain stopped, another friend came. After that we were told to tidy our bags and tear down the tent. We will return. From camprt I learned a few things, such P3K , cook , set up tents , and many more.

CITY TOUR WITH ALDITA

Helo guys, i want to tell you about my city tour with Aldita.
Me and Aldita went to LOL (Lick Over Lips) to celebrate Aldita's birthday.
Lol was located on Jalan Emong No. 20A, near Singgalang. Lol has a small place but the decoration was nice. So, we comfortable being there. Lol just sell ice cream in various flavors. Like , vanilla , greentea , Ovomaltine , mango and others. The price is not too expensive, around 15k - 25k. Depending on how many kinds of ice cream and toppings are used.

I bought Ovomaltine , choco mint , and cookies and cream flavors. Because that time is Aldita's birthday , then she paid for it. Oh ya, chacha and ivy also there with us. We enjoyed it so much.

After that, we went to Eatalia. Eatalia is a restaurant located on Jalan Lengkong Besar No. 45. Eatalia is not too far from LOL. Because LOL just sell ice cream, so we decided to eat at Eatalia. Eatalia famous for its sweet pizza. Such as the honey bee choco pizza and greentea pizza. Eatalia, as the name suggests, this restaurant sells a variety of Italian food . Not only pizza, but there are also pasta and others. For students, this restaurant is quite expensive. But it all paid off with a good taste. Because the place is cool and comfortable , we spent more than 3 hours being there. We ate , took pictures , chat , watched a short film , and frolic. The service is also friendly. Yeah, next time we 'll come back here and try the pizza because at that time we were too full eating pasta. So we are not order pizza .

Oh ya, me and Aldita went to Trans Studio Bandung. That day, trans invited RAN and Maliq& D'Essentials. We were very excited that day. Before the concert started, we played some of the rides there. Previously I've been here for several times. But this is the first time for aldita. So, I already know how it feels when we play the ridea and I got trauma with some of them. When we first came, aldita decided to play "Dunia Raksasa". I'm really afraid to it. So, I decided to wait and watch the facial expression when aldita played it. Aldita was screaming so loud, I laugh. After that, we played my favorite rides, the "Dragon Riders". We really enjoyed this ride. Really exciting. After entering a couple of other rides, we choose to play "Dunia Lain". In fact I've often played it, but I'm still afraid.

After that, the concert to begin. The concert opened with a performance from Pompom Boys. It performed the sissy who parodied several artists. It was very entertaining the audience. Until finally, the actual concert began. We continued to sing while jumping relentless. We have a lot of spirits for watching ran and maliq appearance. After the event is over, we went home and feel satisfied. At the concert, I tries to scream out Asta and Ilman and eventually they glanced at me. I love it so much.

goodbye?

Goodbye by Air Supply is one of my favourite songs. The song means he knows he's not good enough for her.
"i don't want to let you down,
i don't want to lead you on,
i don't want to hold you back from where you might belong."
It means the girl has bigger dreams, and the guy thinks his stopping her from achieving it. He wants to stop the lie, because he feels that he cannot be a good man for her.
so no matter how painful it is the guy will just let her go
even though he loves her so much

Goodbye - Air Supply

I can see the pain living in your eyes
And I know how hard you try
You deserve to have so much more
I can feel your heart and I sympathize
And I'll never criticize all you've ever meant to my life

I don't want to let you down
I don't want to lead you on
I don't want to hold you back
From where you might belong

You would never ask me why
My heart is so disguised
I just can't live a lie anymore
I would rather hurt myself
Than to ever make you cry
There's nothing left to say, but goodbye

You deserve the chance at the kind of love
I'm not sure I'm worthy of
Losing you is painful to me

I don't wanna let you down
I don't wanna lead you on
I don't wanna hold you back
From where you might belong

You would never ask me why
My heart is so disguised
I just can't live a lie anymore
I would rather hurt myself
Than to ever make you cry
There's nothing left to say, but goodbye

You would never ask me why
My heart is so disguised
I just can't live a lie anymore
I would rather hurt myself
Than to ever make you cry
There's nothing left to try
Though it's gonna hurt us both
There's no other way than to say goodbye

KINGSMAN

Eggsy (Taron Egerton) has grown as a tough young man, even though his father had died since he was a child. Eggsy known, the father died while serving as a secret agent. As a child he met with his father colleagues who provide badge belonged to his father and promised protection for his family. But until Eggsy adults, the problems in her life even more, He became a bad boy.

He was arrested by the police because making a mess. Fortunately, he got out of jail because Galahad, a secret agent who never met before. Galahad also offers Eggsy to continue his father's position as a secret agent for because Eggsy has considerable potential. Because no choice, Eggsy finally comply with Galahad to take the test as a secret agent called Kingsman.

Eggsy was training as a Kingsman. As a candidate Kingsman, Eggsy not only have to have a strong physique, but also high intelligence power. One by one candidate Kingsman should be conquered by Eggsy until leaving the remaining candidates as Kingsman, namely himself.
In Eggsy effort to qualify as Kingsman, he knows that the current organization of the secret agent stalking a tycoon named Valentine Richmond. Kingsman organizations know that Mr. Valentine has an evil plans for destroy the world. But Kingsman should have strong evidence to dismantle the evil plans of Mr. Valentine. Before Kingsman managed to dismantle the plan, Valentine has learned that he is under surveillance.

Until finally, Eggsy foiled Mr. Valentine's plans

AURORA

An aurora is a natural light display in the sky (from the Latin word aurora, "sunrise" or the Roman goddess of dawn), predominantly seen in the high latitude (Arctic and Antarctic) regions. Auroras are caused by charged particles, mainly electrons and protons, entering the atmosphere from above causing ionisation and excitation of atmospheric constituents, and consequent optical emissions. Incident protons can also produce emissions as hydrogen atoms after gaining an electron from the atmosphere.

Causes of aurora
A full understanding of the physical processes which lead to different types of auroras is still incomplete, but the basic cause involves the interaction of the solar wind with the Earth’s magnetosphere. The varying intensity of the solar wind produces effects of different magnitudes, but includes one or more of the following physical scenarios.

A quiescent solar wind flowing past the Earth’s magnetosphere steadily interacts with it and can both inject solar wind particles directly onto the geomagnetic field lines that are ‘open’, as opposed to being ‘closed’ in the opposite hemisphere, and provide diffusion through the bow shock. It can also cause particles already trapped in the radiation belts to precipitate into the atmosphere. Once particles are lost to the atmosphere from the radiation belts, under quiet conditions new ones replace them only slowly, and the loss-cone becomes depleted. In the magnetotail, however, particle trajectories seem constantly to reshuffle, probably when the particles cross the very weak magnetic field near the equator. As a result, the flow of electrons in that region is nearly the same in all directions ("isotropic"), and assures a steady supply of leaking electrons. The leakage of electrons does not leave the tail positively charged, because each leaked electron lost to the atmosphere is replaced by a low energy electron drawn upward from the ionosphere. Such replacement of "hot" electrons by "cold" ones is in complete accord with the 2nd law of thermodynamics. The complete process, which also generates an electric ring current around the Earth, is uncertain.
Geomagnetic disturbance from an enhanced solar wind causes distortions of the magnetotail ("magnetic substorms"). These ‘substorms’ tend to occur after prolonged spells (hours) during which the interplanetary magnetic field has had an appreciable southward component. This leads to a higher rate of interconnection between its field lines and those of Earth. As a result, the solar wind moves magnetic flux (tubes of magnetic field lines, ‘locked’ together with their resident plasma) from the day side of Earth to the magnetotail, widening the obstacle it presents to the solar wind flow and constricting the tail on the night-side. Ultimately some tail plasma can separate ("magnetic reconnection"); some blobs ("plasmoids") are squeezed downstream and are carried away with the solar wind; others are squeezed toward Earth where their motion feeds strong outbursts of auroras, mainly around midnight ("unloading process"). A geomagnetic storm resulting from greater interaction adds many more particles to the plasma trapped around Earth, also producing enhancement of the "ring current". Occasionally the resulting modification of the Earth's magnetic field can be so strong that it produces auroras visible at middle latitudes, on field lines much closer to the equator than those of the auroral zone.
Acceleration of auroral charged particles invariably accompanies a magnetospheric disturbance that causes an aurora. This mechanism, which is believed to predominantly arise from wave-particle interactions, raises the velocity of a particle in the direction of the guiding magnetic field. The pitch angle is thereby decreased, and increases the chance of it being precipitated into the atmosphere. Both electromagnetic and electrostatic waves, produced at the time of greater geomagnetic disturbances, make a significant contribution to the energising processes that sustain an aurora. Particle acceleration provides a complex intermediate process for transferring energy from the solar wind indirectly into the atmosphere.
The details of these phenomena are not fully understood. However it is clear that the prime source of auroral particles is the solar wind feeding the magnetosphere, the reservoir containing the radiation zones, and temporarily magnetically trapped, particles confined by the geomagnetic field, coupled with particle acceleration processes.

Auroral particles

The immediate cause of the ionization and excitation of atmospheric constituents leading to auroral emissions was discovered in 1960, when a pioneering rocket flight from Fort Churchill in Canada revealed a flux of electrons entering the atmosphere from above. Since then an extensive collection of measurements has been acquired painstakingly and with steadily improving resolution since the 1960s by many research teams using rockets and satellites to traverse the auroral zone. The main findings have been that auroral arcs and other bright forms are due to electrons that have been accelerated during the final few 10,000 km or so of their plunge into the atmosphere. These electrons often, but not always, exhibit a peak in their energy distribution, and are preferentially aligned along the local direction of the magnetic field. Electrons mainly responsible for diffuse and pulsating auroras have, in contrast, a smoothly falling energy distribution, and an angular (pitch-angle) distribution favouring directions perpendicular to the local magnetic field. Pulsations were discovered to originate at or close to the equatorial crossing point of auroral zone magnetic field lines. Protons are also associated with auroras, both discrete and diffuse.

Auroras and the atmosphere

Auroras result from emissions of photons in the Earth's upper atmosphere, above 80 km (50 mi), from ionized nitrogen atoms regaining an electron, and oxygen atoms andnitrogen based molecules returning from anexcited state to ground state. They are ionized or excited by the collision of particles precipitated into the atmosphere. Both incoming electrons and protons may be involved. Excitation energy is lost within the atmosphere by the emission of a photon, or by collision with another atom or molecule:
oxygen emissions
green or orange-red, depending on the amount of energy absorbed.
nitrogen emissions
blue or red; blue if the atom regains an electron after it has been ionized, red if returning to ground state from an excited state.
Oxygen is unusual in terms of its return toground state: it can take three quarters of a second to emit green light and up to two minutes to emit red. Collisions with other atoms or molecules absorb the excitation energy and prevent emission. Because the highest atmosphere has a higher percentage of oxygen and is sparsely distributed such collisions are rare enough to allow time for oxygen to emit red. Collisions become more frequent progressing down into the atmosphere, so that red emissions do not have time to happen, and eventually even green light emissions are prevented. This is why there is a color differential with altitude; at high altitudes oxygen red dominates, then oxygen green and nitrogen blue/red, then finally nitrogen blue/red when collisions prevent oxygen from emitting anything. Green is the most common color. Then comes pink, a mixture of light green and red, followed by pure red, then yellow (a mixture of red and green), and finally, pure blue.

Auroras and the ionosphere

Bright auroras are generally associated with Birkeland currents (Schield et al., 1969;Zmuda and Armstrong, 1973), which flow down into the ionosphere on one side of the pole and out on the other. In between, some of the current connects directly through the ionospheric E layer (125 km); the rest ("region 2") detours, leaving again through field lines closer to the equator and closing through the "partial ring current" carried by magnetically trapped plasma. The ionosphere is an ohmic conductor, so some consider that such currents require a driving voltage, which an, as yet unspecified, dynamo mechanism can supply. Electric field probes in orbit above the polar cap suggest voltages of the order of 40,000 volts, rising up to more than 200,000 volts during intense magnetic storms. In another interpretation the currents are the direct result of electron acceleration into the atmosphere by wave/particle interactions.
Ionospheric resistance has a complex nature, and leads to a secondary Hall current flow. By a strange twist of physics, the magnetic disturbance on the ground due to the main current almost cancels out, so most of the observed effect of auroras is due to a secondary current, the auroral electrojet. An auroral electrojet index (measured in nanotesla) is regularly derived from ground data and serves as a general measure of auroral activity. Kristian Birkeland deduced that the currents flowed in the east-west directions along the auroral arc, and such currents, flowing from the dayside toward (approximately) midnight were later named "auroral electrojets"

I'm Queen Valda Moure!!

On the 4th of January, I, Aldita, Chacha, Thalita, Zahra, Devi, Auzan and Adit went to Terminal Wisata Grafika Cikole for the English tasks, make a movie. We made a movie about Snow White. I, Dita, Zahra, and Adit went first to Cikole. After we arrived in Cikole, we put the luggage in front of the room no.7. Then I and Aldita went to the information center and inquire about the schedule of check-in. Unfortunately, we could only check in at 2 pm. We brought a lot of stuff and have to keep it in the room. After I explained that this is for a task, the hotel allow us to check in at the time. We rented one room or the so-called "cottage"

We make the property while waiting Chacha, Devi, Thalita, and Auzan come. After all is ready, we started filming.

The filming took place from 11:00 to 23:00. Tired but very enjoyable. There is very cold and calm. That simplify the process of filming and the scenery was beautiful. I got the role of being the Evil Queen named Valda Moure.

Since the day that most schools already entered, there became very quiet. Only we were staying in the area. Actually there is one big family staying there, but their room is located far away from our room.
In the afternoon, Auzan and Adit went home. At night, I, Dita, Chacha, Devi, Thalita, and Zahra went out to find foods because we forgot to eat from the afternoon. we found  fried rice on the side of the road.
yuhuu

After eating, we went back to the room and did filming again. We took place near the camp fire. We got the roasted corn from the hotel .We were filmed while having fun. Until finally we are aware, it was creepy.

The condition is very quiet, cold, and creepy. Cikole still a forest, and in fact our room right in the middle of the forest. We continued the filming even though a little scared. Especially on the balcony. Our room was very dark behind. There is only a small light that is not too bright. Under the balcony is a banana plantation. Because the wind conditions were quite strong and it was midnight, we speed up the process of filming in the balcony area.

After filming was completed, we rest and sharing while watching a TV . And involuntarily, when I turned to the right and left they had gone to bed.

The next day, we completed several scenes again. Actually the hotel provides a "jungle tracking" but unfortunately we still have to shoot so we do not follow that activity. But it’s ok.

11:00, we went back to Bandung. This is very enjoyable holiday. Our initial goal is to do the task, but I'm happy to be on vacation with friends.
